General Information

Invitation Letter

An invitation letter will be sent upon request to all participants who complete their registration. This letter is intended solely to assist participants in obtaining permission from their institutions.

Name Badge

All participants and company representatives can obtain their name badges from the registration desk. Wearing the badge is mandatory during all scientific and social activities throughout the congress.

Certificate of Attendance

A certificate of attendance will be provided to all registered participants of the congress.

Airport Transfer

Transfers between the airport and the hotel will be organized for participants who provide their flight details to the Congress Organizing Secretariat.

Exhibition Area

A spacious exhibition area will be allocated during the congress for companies to showcase their products in pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, devices, and books. Entry to the exhibition area requires congress registration.
