REGISTRATION AND ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

Registration Information

• A 20% VAT will be added to the registration fees.
• All speakers, specialists, residents, and company representatives are required to register in order to access the general congress areas and scientific sessions.
• The registration fee includes access to congress, name badge, mobile program, certificate of attendance, and a congress bag.
• Registration is not considered complete without accommodation or external participation fee in addition to the registration fee.
• A confirmation of participation will not be provided for participants whose payments have not been completed.
• A 10% late payment fee will be applied to any payments not settled by the congress date.

Accommodation Information

• Accommodation fees include 5 nights all-inclusive stay, coffee breaks, and lunches.
• All accommodation arrangements must be made through Global Turizm. If accommodation is not booked at the congress hotels or not arranged via Global Turizm, an external participation fee will be added as a package.
• Registration will not be considered complete without accommodation or payment of the external participation fee.
• A 2% accommodation tax is included in the accommodation fees. An additional 10% VAT will be added. Please ensure you calculate the total amount including VAT when making the payment and transfer the amount in EUR to the bank account (IBAN in EUR) listed on the Financial Information page.
• A confirmation of participation will not be issued for participants whose payments are not completed.
• A 10% late payment fee will be added to all payments not made on time after the congress date.
